Day 1

   I survived my first day! Yayyy! It was pretty easy going. All my teachers are nice so far. I have only met 1 or 2 that don't look or sound like they are very fun. I need fun teachers who keep it interesting, or I am at risk of sleeping in class. This would be bad, mostly because I snore. I take chorus and I have that first block with a lot of my friends. I have a full block study hall with one of my best friends (xD).
    I love books. Call me the biggest nerd ever but I do. I love this photo of the book hugging the girl because I can easily relate to it. A good story can reach out and grab your attention or give you a hug and reassure you.
   I especially love the smell of old books. I don't know why I just love finding an old book and flipping through its pages, to have that wonderful smell leak into my nose. Leak? I couldn't think of a better word, but that ones still pretty bad.

Procrastinate

Hey guys!
   Two more days till school starts!! I'm really excited! I haven't finished my summer reading though. I'm in Enriched English so we have a different assignment than everyone else. I have to read a nonfiction book about bones, write an essay on the origin of language, and answer four paragraphs. I probably should be doing that considering I'm halfway through the book, almost done with the essay and haven't even started on the questions. I'm a huge procrastinator xD. PROCRASTINATORS UNITE... Tomorrow...The books are due back to the library the day I go back to school. I would renew them, but the fact that they are due then may motivate me to do my homework. I found this photo and I thought it was cute yet sad.
